The fascinating destination of Thiruvananthapuram recently witnessed the congregation of ICICI Bank employees for Exceptional 2.0 – a Rewards and Recognition program from the finance brand organized at the Leela, Kovalam on January 9, 2017.
The Leela, Kovalam, India’s only Clifftop beach resort partnered to accommodate this mega celebration and get-together of ‘Exceptionals’. The glorious R&R program saw a gala awards night being organised, wherein 164 Exceptionals were acknowledged for their efforts and hard work. The winners of India’s Got Talent – V Company, a dance troupe, left the attendees of the event awestruck and enthralled with their dance moves.
The magnificent night also witnessed the talented singer Mohit Chauhan taking up the stage to perform a select set of hit songs from his discography. Being the main attraction of the night, Mohit had the Exceptionals mesmerised as he churned out songs like Dooba Dooba, Matargasti and tributes to Kishore Kumar.

The rewards and recognition program was conceptualized and executed by WOOT Factor Events. Commenting on the brief allotted, Smita Shah, Co-Founder, WOOT Factor Events said, “Unlike other events we wanted to shy away from the usual and create a larger than life experience for the employees. The whole team had a common agenda – to make the winners feel on top of the world.”
The following day had engagement activities being organized for the employee’s which involved fun sporting activities conducted on the beach. Amit Relan, Co-Producer WOOT Factor Events Pvt Ltd was quoted saying- “It gives me immense pleasure to be associated with ICICI Bank. The highlight for us was to be appreciated for the efforts we put in while receiving a positive feedback form our esteemed clients. Our top priority was to push the envelope while giving the clients and their guests a totally new experience.”
