Vibgyor produces a showstopping Saffola Stall at 14th ASPA Conference
This year at 14th Conference of Asian Society of Pediatric Anesthesiologists, we decided to attract, intrigue and educate visitors with our impressively designed stall for brand Saffola.
Saffola is a health care brand with their portfolio spanning to product categories such as edible oils, functional foods and salt. The brand has also been educating people on preventive heart care with its initiative called Saffolalife.
Saffola connected with Vibgyor Brand Services, a leading experiential marketing agency in the country, to create a unique stall at 14th ASPA Conference at Grand Hyaat, Mumbai on 3rd and 4th June 2017.
In a busy two day conference, the challenge was to curate a space which could inevitably persuade a visitor to stop and talk to promoters and more importantly, remember the brand’s presence.
Space confirmation at the last moment did not stop our team to transform a space of 3mx3m into a remarkable stall design in tune with brand’s theme. We created a beautiful stall and placed a range of Saffola food variants and also encouraged wet sampling of six flavours of Saffola oats.
To integrate visitor’s engagement with stand design, we invited visitors to play ‘Saffola Sudoku’ and instantly gratified the winners with gifts hampers. Amongst the participants were many Doctors who were enthusiastic and whole heartedly participated in Saffola Sudoku & wet sampling.
In a period of two days, we were able to accomplish a footfall of approximately 1,000 visitors leading to collection of data and targeted wet sampling. The client appreciated team Vibgyor for curating a successful experience for its audience.
