Percept ICE, the Special Projects, Events and Conventions Domain Company of Percept Limited, bagged the mandate of conceptualizing and executing the media inauguration and customer launch event for Jaguar Land Rover’s new retailer in Delhi NCR on January 20 and February 4, respectively.
The launch celebration of Shiva Motocorp was held at Taj Palace Hotel, Delhi and witnessed an attendance of over 300 people. The event commenced with speeches from Rohit Suri, President and Managing Director, Jaguar Land Rover India and Amit Garg, Director, Shiva Moto Corp expressing their expectations about catering to the Delhi NCR market with their 100,000 sq feet luxury 3S showroom. They then unveiled their finest Jaguar Land Rover cars onstage followed by the ‘Royal Nomads’-themed fashion show by India’s leading fashion designer JJ Valaya.
Percept ICE’s scope of work spanned planning, designing and executing the media and customer event for the new Jaguar Land Rover Noida Showroom. This included conceptualizing the stage setup, audio-visual management for the fashion show, selection and coordination with JJ Valaya’s team and show management.
