Brandwidth executes the launch of the Ducati Monster 797 & Multistrada 950
On June 14, two of the most anticipated Ducatis in the world, the Monster 797 and the Multistrada 950 were launched at Qla, New Delhi. More than 100 journalists & influencers from News Wires, Mainlines & Financial publications, Broadcast Channels, Sector Publications & Online News Portals and Blogs were present to witness the unveil of Ducati’s magnificent beasts. The event was successfully conceptualized, planned & executed by Brandwidth events.
Keeping in mind Ducati’s requirement of hosting the launch at a unique venue and not a commercial ballroom, Brandwidth researched and suggested a property called “Qla” next to Qutub Minar. The out of the box venue was perfect but the major constrain was the pre-made space.
“Our biggest challenge was the fixed event set up at the venue. However, with inch by inch detailed recce and pre- event technical testing, the team managed to bring out the set up to perfection by utilizing every corner of the venue and transformed it into a Ducati Zone” said, Suhana Sethi, Associate Account Director, Client Servicing, Brandwidth Events.
The set up designs were well thought out and customized base and stage extensions were created to make the venue space look grand and less cluttered. The Ducati red walls on each side of the entrance blazed through the walkway leading the guests to a gallery which displayed the history of the “Naked Bike” Ducati Monster.
At the event, Ravi Avalur, MD Ducati India with his colleague Sergi Canovas unveiled the “Gateway to Ducati World”- Monster 797 & Multistrada 950. A display was also created for the media to get a close up view of the look and feel of these two bikes.
“The press conference, from concept to execution was planned seamless by the team at Brandwidth. In keeping with our brand’s values, the event production and finish was very premium. Brandwidth ensured that the entire programme was produced meticulously from pitch to the on-ground event” said, Tusharr Kumar, Marketing Manager, Ducati India
