For the 3rd Time in a Row, Vibgyor delivers successful LWT Connect 2017
Vibgyor Brand Services added one more feather in the cap by successfully executing yet another LWT Connect consecutively for the 3rd time since 2015. LIXIL is one of the leading global companies in the housing and building industry, delivering human-centric innovation that enhances people’s living spaces.
Lixil selected Vibgyor, a leading experiential marketing agency, in a multi-agency pitch in 2015 when Grohe had an impulse to make this an Intellectual property that lives up to their expectation in terms of grandeur and ambience and which would also leave an enduring positive impression on the guests keeping them involved in the current year and simultaneously motivated for the coming year.
This is an annual property created by Vibgyor for brand Lixil to have a common platform every year where Lixil celebrates its success with its partners and employees. This year the event was held at Hotel Pullman, Aerocity, New Delhi on 7th & 8th April 2017.
This confluence was themed around ‘The Big Leap’ in sync with the original thought behind the property. The first day was segmented into two parts. While the morning kicked off with Business conference and included presentation and knowledge sharing by management, the second half of the day balanced it with fun, entertainment, rewards and recognition. It was an emcee driven event where emcee Sana Sheikh & Kanishk Parmar kept the guests enthralled and gripped throughout the day.
The day was technologically conceptulised by curating a VR experience zone in between the business session and awards night. Besides, a complete sci-fi tool was created to engage people and educate them not only about the product but to give them a glimpse of its look and feel.
The concluding day was entirely dedicated to the employees and started with an encouraging note by MD Ms. Renu Misra. Her motivational speech was followed by ‘LWT got talent’ where 13 teams from different regions and H.O. performed to win exciting prizes.
Just as the previous two editions, this was a successful ‘Connect’ curated by Vibgyor and was indeed a BIG LEAP, both for the client and Team Vibgyor.
